Pope Francis created Rev. Mgr Gábor Mohos to Auxiliary Bishop of Esztergom-Budapest

On the 4th of October 2018 His Holiness Pope Francis created Rev. Mgr Gábor Mohos to Auxiliary Bishop of Esztergom-Budapest.

Gábor Mohos was born on the 11th of September 1973 in Budapest.
He was ordained to the priesthood on the 19th of June 1999.
He studied Philosophy at the Theological College in Esztergom, and Theology at the Pontifical University in Rome.

2003-2008: secretary and ceremonier? at the Archdiocese of Esztergom-Budapest
2016-2018: chaplain at the Personal Parish of the Charismatics of the Archdiocese of Esztergom-Budapest
2008-2018: General Secretary of the Hungarian Catholic Bishops’ Conference

From August till today he was the Rector of the Pontifical Hungarian Ecclesiastical Institute in Rome.
